The Cloud earned one of the lowest scores in our tests of quality due to its flimsy design as well as hard plastic seats and a design that is old-fashioned. It's also costly compared to other lightweight strollers, so it's not a good choice when you're looking for a low-cost option.

The Cloud comes with a small but spacious storage basket. It can fit a large diaper bag. It's a bit narrow however, and you'll likely have to leave something inside to reach back to get it back. The Cloud comes with two tray for parents and a child tray each with two cup holders. But both are too small for larger bottles or cups.

It's a little heavier than the Kolcraft Cloud Plus at 23 lbs, but it's amazingly narrow and slim (26.5 inches wide!) It's packed with exquisite features that make it perfect for travel. It folds up easily and very easy to move around. It also fits easily in overhead compartments as well as the trunks of planes.
The Joovy Kooper X2 tri-folds and is ultralight, similar to the Summer Infant 3D Pac CS+ Double or Mountain Buggy Nano Duo. It's pretty similar to the Jeep Destination Ultralight SBS, however, it has some key differences. It's also a little more expensive, but it also has better maneuverability and has an extra sun canopy. It also has a convenient carry strap and can hold kids up to 44 lbs per seat.
Summer 3D Pac CS+ for infants
If you're looking for a stroller that's light in weight but also packed with features, look no further than Summer Infant 3D Pac CS+. It is not only incredibly lightweight, weighing just 13 pounds but also has a lot of storage options, including cupholders for both parents and children, a child's sippy-cup pouch, a parent's storage pocket, etc. This stroller can also be used with a child's chair and features a flip-flop-friendly brake that can be easily engaged. This stroller is designed to expand along with your child. It can be converted from a baby stroller to an adult stroller by attaching the car-seat adapters (sold separate) and it's suitable for children ages 6 months and up.
This stroller has only swivel-wheels and no locking capability and therefore may not be the best choice for terrain that is steep or rocky. It's a great stroller for pavements, as well as other smooth surfaces, though, so it's still an excellent choice for the majority of families.
